Hospitality Investment Services, LLC in Destin, FL, Phone 901-684-1234. Ten housekeepers needed for temporary, full-time employment 04/01/2023 – 01/01/2024. Cleaning guest rooms and public areas daily including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting bathrooms, washing windows, making beds, and replenishing linens and towels. The housekeeper must be able to work 40 hrs/wk, 8a-4:30p. No education, but one month prior experience required. The rate of pay is $13.21/hr. Overtime hours may vary and will be paid at $19.81 for all hours over 40/wk.  Must be available to work weekends and holidays, must rotate shifts. On-the-job training provided. Uniforms, work tools & equipment provided free. Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 25 lbs. Optional housing subject to availability $150.00/wk and will be deducted biweekly, plus all deductions required by law. Daily transportation will be provided. Visa and related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week. Guaranteed work for total hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and daily subsistence (at least $14.00/day during travel to a maximum of $59/day with receipts). If the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early, employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (at least $14.00/day during travel to a maximum of $59/day with receipts) upon departure. Payday is Friday, bi-weekly. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
